Can Zimbawe come up with a people driven Constitution?

 Thirteen years have passed now, and Zimbabwe is still at this same position. No new constituition! The newspapers company shown below is no longer in business. So are many others. One thing still remains there, is still no progress on the country's most important document. One could have thought that the next elections will be held under the new constitution chosen by the people.To be honest nothing is promising so far. We will have to wait.
