Of witchcraft and witch hunting
Do you think witchcraft exist or its old fashioned belief ? We love to hear you opinions.

Of course, witchcraft just like any other belief exist. Those who partake and/or believe in it will argue vehemently that it is a parallel belief to christianity, islam, buddhism etc etc. I have witnessed acts of witchcraft. I dont believe I have been a victim of it but I have seen people who have been victimized.
witchcraft is a supernatural activity that is universal. The African perspective tends to be more influenced by the fear thereof and there is a strong tendency to protect oneself from it. The revenge method tends to be prominent. Unfortunately this has tended to be blamed on anything beyond local knowledge levels and failure to provide scientific explanations.
I think witchcraft still exist nowadays,just like any religion,it is passed on form generation to generation.I believe the devil ,satan is behind act and as long as he exist,the act will fo on and on. I think,just like culture it is dynamic and keeps on changing.You might find out that the same it was done during our grannies generations might not be the same way its done today.Its author the devil keeps on changing things just to confuse and suit current generation.
it is mostly heard of in rural areas in Africa. I once came across a website teaching how one can become a witch although i did not bother to surfthrough but i just wondered that people can go to such an extent on that practiceWhat really supeises me is that very few if any come out openly to and confess that they practise this act.I have never expirienced or seen anything tangibleto confirm thisbut i hvaeheardpeople who were once victims.I also saw about two if not three items during news time on the screen.By Nomkamtha.
Satan supports anything that pulls you away from God. If witchcraft is it, then he will be there to make it happen. Although nothing is as powerful as the Almighty God Himself, Satan is an immensely powerful being. He will spend as long as God allows him, trying to outdo God.
